Below are some words from Eilidh, describing her menu and creations.

"We let our seafood speak for itself. It is fresh so we don't need to drown it with lots of unnecessary sauces & dressings. Our fish and shellfish are served from the sea to the plate in its truest form.

We are probably most renowned for our Taste of Argyll Seafood platter, where you are able to enjoy most of our shellfish: a whole lobster, langoustines, brown crab, oysters, smoked mussels from Kintyre and hot & cold smoked salmon.

We also serve a tantalizing range of homemade puddings. I say puddings because it sounds so much more homely than desserts. They are all made at the seafood temple. Even my meringues now that I have whipped the oven into submission. Homemade is also something we will not compromise on as I feel it is totally unnecessary. You cannot beat a beautiful homemade pudding." (Eilidh)
